So, you’re going to City X. This section discusses how you will use maps and TripAdvisor and Google to decide what to see and where to go.

You’ll make a big list–I won’t call it a shortlist–and then gather the data you need to trim it down, then make some decisions and trim it down again.

You’ll look at which things are near each other, and how long it takes to get between places, and how long it it likely to take to see each one.

Later on, you’ll try to group them in a way that maximizes sightseeing, minimizes travel, and gives you days that won’t leave you completely exhausted (only mostly!)
